Abstract: 2015): Influence of mesogenic core polarity and position of chains attachment on columnar phase stability, Liquid Crystals, Series of new Ni(II) metalomesogens of triangular molecular shape and forming Col h liquid crystalline (LC) phase were synthesised and described.
