Abstract:Analyzing RNA samples from formalin‐fixed paraffin‐embedded (FFPE) tissues is essential for precision medicine. We investigated RNA quantity and quality from FFPE tumor tissues fixed in formalin for various times and compared sequencing metrics from next‐generation sequencing (NGS).
