Influence of Dithiocarbamate On Metal Complex and Thin Film Depositions

Abstract: This article focuses on the effects and applications of ethylenediamine dithiocarbamate (EDADTC) on coordination and electro chemistry. EDADTC shows stable palladium (II) metal complex in organosulphur chemistry. Since they have soft sulphur donor atoms can make a strong metal binding property, act as the ligand and stable above pH 12. Due to their water soluble tendency, flow of electron from alkyl group to nitrogen, inductive effect and conjugation effect proved the stabilizing property in electroless platin… Show more

“…An increase in the efficiency of processing finely disseminated sulfide ores can be achieved through the use of improved reagent flotation modes, reagent processing, and new design solutions [1][2][3][4][5]. The improvement of reagent regimes is achieved using new selective flotation reagents, their combination, ultrasonic treatment of reagents, and new designs of flotation equipment.…”

“…The chelating property of DTC arises from the π-electron flow from the nitrogen atom to the slphuratom via a plane delocalized π-orbital system. The net effect of such an electron flow is strong donation to metal, resulting in a high electron density on the metal [10] [11]. The development of researches in this field encouraged us in this recent paper to give objectivity to give the route of mixed ligands of [L 1 ] as primary ligand and [L 2 ] of thiocarbamate salt as secondary ligand to get the solid phase of complexes with high quality.…”
