Influence of Difficulty Variation of the Core Stabilization Exercise on Thickness Changes of Abdominal Muscles in Healthy Subjects: A Pilot Study

Abstract: Purpose: This study examined thickness changes in abdominal muscles according to difficulty level of core stabilization exercise in healthy subjects.
