“…There are various reported methods for testing stability. Asti et al reported stability (> 95 %) of [ 68 Ga]NODAGA, DOTA, and NOTA on incubation with mouse serum by UPLC method [32]. Persson et al have tested in vivo stability of [ 68 Ga]DOTA and DTPA-PA and found [ 68 Ga]DOTA-PA was 85 % stable and [ 68 Ga]DTPA-PA complex was 27 % stable at 4 h by HPLC method [33].…”

“…They can also influence overall charge of the complex biodistribution and more importantly uptake in the tumor site. [11][12][13] In recent years, there has been increasing interest in the receptor targeted scintigraphy in which peptides have emerged as promising biomolecules.…”

“…Efficacy of both 68 Ga-AMBA and 177 Lu-AMBA preparations for their intended use has been demonstrated in pre-clinical studies as well as in human volunteers [31,32]. Recently, Asti et al have studied the influence of various chelators viz., DOTA, NOTA and NODAGA on the radiochemical properties of AMBA [33] and Liu et al have reported on the preparation and bioevaluation of 64 Cu and 18 F labeled NODAGA-AMBA [34]. Hence, while there are reports on the automated synthesis of 68 Ga-AMBA using the commercially available 68 Ge/ 68 Ga generators and the AMBA kits originally formulated for preparation of 177 Lu-AMBA [28,35], to the best of our knowledge, a straight-forward kit formulation strategy exclusively for radiolabeling with 68 Ga has not been reported elsewhere.…”
