Influence of Dietary Histidine, Hybrid Line and Gender on Chicken Meat Quality and Carnosine Concentration

Abstract: The aim of the investigation was to determine influence of L-histidine dietary supplementation (P1 0.0%, P2 0.1%, P3 0.2% and P4 0.3%), hybrid line (Cobb 500 and Hubbard Classic) and gender on meat quality and carnosine concentration in chicken breast and thigh muscles.
