Abstract:Bay leaves (<em>Syzygium polyanthum</em>) contain the flavonoid quercetin which can be used as an antihyperlipidemic drug. The development of antihyperlipidemic drug formula in the form of fast disintegrating tablet (FDT) is needed for patients who experience dysphagia.
