“…It was reported that red light, especially at night, can promote plant defense mechanisms against various phytopathogens (Gallé et al, 2021). Pretreatment with red light for 12 and 24 h reduced the wilt disease caused by F. udum in pigeon pea (Cajanus cajan) seedlings (Bansod et al, 2017).
