“…模,传统的裂纹观测手段如断面切割显微观测法、 热着色法、标记法等 [3][4][5] 均为破坏性检测,测量到的 也只是裂纹在试块横断面或纵断面上的投影,无法 得到裂纹的三维形状。因此,在钢轨裂纹扩展预测 中只能将裂纹的内部形状简化为半椭圆或半圆形 [6] 。 实际上,真实裂纹处于钢轨表面的浅层范围,其形 状会因轮轨接触应力、钢轨磨耗和廓形变化等的影 响而发生变化。采用 X 射线断层扫描技术以微米级 的量度来扫描裂纹内部三维形貌,已经应用于铝合 金 [7][8] 、铸铁 [9][10] 等金属的裂纹检测和扩展分析中, 并实现了对钢轨裂纹的测量 [11] 。因此,钢轨表面疲 劳裂纹扩展的预测可以基于真实裂纹的形态展开。 在裂纹扩展方面,考虑荷载反复作用下的三维有限 元模型用于计算裂纹扩展应力强度因子、裂纹扩展 参量如 J 积分等已经较为成熟。 因此,本文采用 X 射线断层扫描对某重载铁路 小半径曲线外轨轨距角-轨肩处的滚动接触疲劳裂 纹进行测量,建立真实形态的裂纹模型;考虑裂纹 尖端应力强度因子及其因扩展和磨耗的修正,提出 了基于真实裂纹三维重构的钢轨滚动接触疲劳裂纹 扩展预测方法,并预测 U75V 热处理钢轨的轨距角-轨肩疲劳裂纹的扩展情况。 1 疲劳裂纹扫描…”
