Influence of B2O3Additions and Sintering Temperature on Microwave Dielectric Properties of La2.9/3Ba0.05(Mg0.5Sn0.5)O3Ceramics

Abstract: The microwave dielectric properties of La 2.9/3 Ba 0.05 (Mg 0.5 Sn 0.5 )O 3 ceramics were prepared with a view to their potential for mobile communication. The La 2.9/3 Ba 0.05 (Mg 0.5 Sn 0.5 )O 3 ceramics were prepared by the conventional solid-state method. B 2 O 3 was selected as a liquid sintering aid to reduce the sintering temperature of La 2.9/3 Ba 0.05 (Mg 0.5 Sn 0.5 )O 3 ceramics.
