Influence of antihypoxants drugs on respiration and oxidative phosphorylation of rat mitochondria under hypoxia conditions
Inobat Shirinova
Abstract:The article examines the effect of antihypoxants on respiration and oxidative phosphorylation of rat mitochondria under hypoxia. Hypoxic states are manifested in various cardiovascular, pulmonary, infectious diseases, blood loss, surgical interventions, and clinical death. Antihypoxants are drugs capable of reducing or eliminating the effects of oxygen deprivation in hypoxia. The direct energizing effect of antihypoxants is aimed at correcting the function of the respiratory chain under hypoxic conditions.
