Influence of alpha‐adrenoceptor blockade on antigen‐ and propranolol‐induced bronchoconstriction in guinea‐pigs in vivo

Abstract: 1. Beta-adrenoceptor antagonists, such as propranolol, can provoke severe bronchoconstriction only in asthmatic subjects.
