Influence of alloying additions (Mo, Mn, Co) on the magnetic properties of FeSiB amorphous alloys

Abstract: In the present paper the magnetic permeability µ, magnetic after-effects ∆µ/µ, saturation magnetization µ 0 M S , Curie temperature T C , primary crystallization temperature T X1 and magnetostriction coefficients λ were examined for a group of amorphous alloys, i.e. Fe 80 Si 6 B 14 and Fe 75 XSi 6 B 14 (X = Mo 5 , Mo 2.5 Mn 2.5 , Mo 2.5 Co 2.5).
