“…In order to design the appropriate mold flux for improving the steel quality, many studies regarding the effects of chemical compositions such as CaF 2 , B 2 O 3 , Na 2 O, Li 2 O, BaO, Ce 2 O 3 , La 2 O 3 on viscosity, melting point and crystalline behavior of mold flux were investigated and established the corresponding theories [9][10][11][12][13][14] . There were also some studies focused on the mold fluxes with different CaO/SiO 2 , CaO/Al 2 O 3 , Al 2 O 3 /SiO 2 , BaO/Al 2 O 3 ratios meeting the properties requirements, which will be employed to ensure the different steels casting [15][16][17] .
