Influence of a neutron beam on the electrical properties of nanosized Y2O3 crystals

Abstract: In the presented work, high purity yttrium oxide (99.99%), nanosized crystal density 0.069 g/cm3, specific surface area 100-150 m2/g, average crystal size 8-10 nm and difrent intensities (4.0×10 12 n/cm2, 1.3×10 13 n/cm² and 4.0×10 14 n/cm²) in the temperature range of 300-700 K, the electrical properties were investigated after irradiation with fast neutrons.
