Influence Factors Analysis of Transgenic Shoot Regeneration Frequency for Sugar Beet Explants

Abstract: Beet necrotic yellow vein virus coat protein (BNYVV CP) gene cloned from BNYVV in Inner Mongolia of China was transferred to sugar beet explants using agrobacterium tumefaciens-mediated method. Transgenic regeneration shoots were induced from petioles and cotyledons tissues of sugar beet.
