Abstract:The efficacy of anti-tumor necrosis factor therapy in rheumatoid arthritis is well known, but their benefit in associated secondary amyloidosis still a subject of discussion. We reported here a rare case of renal AA amyloidosis relevant to RA in a 44-year-old woman who responded quickly and favorably to an anti-TNF alpha agent "infliximab" with good tolerability.
