Abstract

In the last decision the Court saw in addition to the transgression of competences and the (prohibited) financing of government debt by the Eurosystem a breach of EU-law by the failure of the CJEU to adequately exert its duty of judicial control of the organs and institutions of the EU, see at margin nos. 118 et seq.
