Inflammatory vasculopathy in multifocal diabetic neuropathy

Abstract: Besides the common distal symmetrical sensory-motor polyneuropathy (DSP) that is often associated with autonomic dysfunction, diabetic patients may develop multifocal sensory-motor deficits (MDN) secondary to roots, plexus and nerve trunk involvement.
