Inflammatory Pseudotumor of the Spleen: A Case Report

Abstract: Inflammatory pseudotumor of the spleen (IPTS) is an extremely rare benign condition of uncertain etiology. Preoperative diagnosis of this entity is usually difficult, only the histological study allows the diagnosis to be made.
