Inflammatory Myofibroblastic Tumour in Children: A Report of Two Cases and Review of Literature

Abstract: Inflammatory myofibroblastic tumour in paediatric patients present with a diagnostic dilemma because of its clinical, radiological and histopathological features overlapping with other mesenchymal tumours common in this age.
