Inflammatory bowel disease: an overview of Chinese herbal medicine formula-based treatment

Abstract: Inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) is a chronic recurrent inflammatory disease of the intestine, including Crohn’s disease (CD) and ulcerative colitis (UC), whose etiology and pathogenesis have not been fully understood.
