Inflammation and pro-resolution inflammation after hepatobiliary surgery

Abstract: BackgroundThe magnitude of the perioperative inflammatory response plays a role in surgical outcomes. However, few studies have explored the mechanisms of the resolution of inflammation in the context of surgery.
