Abstract: SUMMARYMammary fibromatosis is a rare condition. It presents a big dilemma for the clinician, because it mimics breast cancer clinically, radiologically and sometimes cytologically. We report a case of fibromatosis of the breast and highlight the diagnostic difficulties and management.
