Inferior Vena Cava Thrombosis, Appendicitis Mimic

Abstract: Right lower quadrant abdominal pain is a common presentation to the Emergency Department. While appendicitis is a frequently diagnosed pathology associated with this complaint, there are multiple, well-documented alternatives that must be considered.
