Inferior mesenteric artery aneurysm revealed by massif rectal bleeding, case report

Abstract: Introduction Inferior mesenteric aneurysms are rare, usually asymptomatic. Their diagnostic is challenging based on clinical examination, ultrasonography, and abdominal CT scan; surgery remains the gold standard of treatment.
