Abstract:Oral paresthesias are usually associated with pathological conditions and surgical procedures on teeth adjacent to the mandibular canal. The most affected nerve is the inferior alveolar nerve. This clinical case reported a paresthesia of endodontic origin with remission after endodontic treatment.
