Infectious Postpartum Sacroiliitis: The Importance and Difficulty of Early Diagnosis

Abstract: RESUMOA sacroileíte representa 1,5% -10% de todos os casos de artrite séptica e está fortemente associada a infecções ginecológicas, trauma pélvico e a abuso de drogas (3,4% -12,8% dos casos ocorrem durante o puerpério).
