While postcataract endophthalmitis and posttraumatic endophthalmitis constitute the majority of exogenous endophthalmitis seen worldwide, endophthalmitis can also occur in conjunction with intravitreal injections, keratitis, bleb after filtering surgery, and scleral buckle [ 1 , 2 ].
