Abstract:Capillaria hepatica é um nematódeo hepatotrópico da família Capillariidae, que acomete principalmente roedores, os quais são considerados reservatórios, podendo infectar também, com menor frequência, cães, gatos e o homem, pois possui potencial zoonótico, sendo responsável pela capilariose hepática.
