Abstract:In comparison to spinal intradural and intradural–extradural schwannoma, purely extradural schwannoma is rare. There is no clearcut consensus about the origin of these tumors. There are very few cases reported in the pediatric population. On literature search, we have not found a similar case in the infantile age group.
