Abstract:Background
Infantile hepatic hemangioendothelioma (IHHE) is a benign liver tumor associated with a varied spectrum of presentations ranging from asymptomatic hepatomegaly and cutaneous hemangiomas to some life-threatening complications like cardiac failure, consumptive hypothyroidism, pulmonary arterial hypertension, gastrointestinal bleeding, and coagulopathy.
