Infantile fibrosarcoma treated with postoperative vincristine and dactinomycin

Abstract: Infantile fibrosarcoma is a non-rhabdomyosarcoma soft-tissue sarcoma that occurs in infancy and which has a relatively good prognosis. A vincristine and dactinomycin (VA) regimen has been shown to be effective, although the duration of chemotherapy has not been well defined.
