Abstract:AbstractThe authors present the case of an 11-year-old male patient with a diffuse infiltrative lipomatosis involving the abdomen, flanks, and upper thighs by applying body contouring principles at this early age. Abdominoplasty can be used in children for various purposes, including harvesting a full-thickness skin graft in burns or to treat congenital anomalies involving the pelviabdominal area. Show more
