Objective: to map available evidence on parental burnout theme. Method: scoping review as according to the Joanna Briggs Institute. Search in January 2021, in six databases of publications in English, Portuguese or Spanish, without time limits. Data extracted and descriptively analyzed by three independent researchers. Results: 374 articles were identified and 20 were included in the final sample, all published in English, from 2017 onwards. Parental burnout is a complex, multifactorial problem, distinct from burnout cases, depressive symptoms and other mental health alterations. It affects 0.2 to 20% of parents, has validated and suitable instruments for measurement; if not treated, can have consequences on marital life, work relationships, child neglect and violence. Conclusions: this is a recent theme that needs to be explored, due to the possible impact on children’s and families’ health and on parents’ work processes. Introdução: A perda gestacional espontânea eleva o risco de desordem emocional. Durante o primeiro trimestre gestacional é comum a presença de sintomas depressivos, e suas consequências podem se estender ao feto. O objetivo do estudo foi reunir na literatura disponível informações sobre o aborto e os impactos psicossomáticos na mulher devido a complicações gestacionais. Metodologia: A presente revisão bibliográfica selecionou artigos publicados nos últimos 5 anos. Além disso, utilizou como operador Booleano "and" e os descritores: ABORTO; SAÚDE MENTAL e GESTANTE, nos indexadores MEDLINE e LILACS. Resultados: Foram elegidos 22 estudos para a pesquisa. Os estudos analisados foram estratificados em 3 categorias, sendo elas: Fatores de risco, Saúde Mental e vivência do Luto e Conduta profissional perante o abortamento. Conclusão: Conclui-se que existem diversos fatores associados às complicações obstétricas, como aspectos fisiológicos, genéticos, patológicos, socioeconômicos, culturais e comportamentais, fazendo-se necessário o uso de uma equipe multiprofissional e qualificada para promover a passagem pelo luto o mais saudável possível.

Amaç: Majör depresif bozukluk (MDB) veya anksiyete bozukluğu (AB) tanılı ebeveynlerin çocuklarında yıkıcı duygudurum düzenleyememe bozukluğu (YDDB) başta olmak üzere ruhsal bozuklukların araştırılması amaçlanmıştır. Yöntem: Mersin Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Psikiyatri polikliniğine Eylül 2018-Eylül 2019 tarihleri arasında başvuran MDB olan 46 ve AB olan 34 ebeveynin 6-18 yaşları arasındaki 80 çocuğu çalışmaya dâhil edilmiştir. Kontrol grubunu, herhangi bir psikiyatrik rahatsızlığı olmayan Mersin Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi pediatri polikliniğine basit fiziksel yakınmalar ile başvuran sağlıklı ebeveynlerin aynı yaştaki 40 sağlıklı çocuğu oluşturmaktadır. Çocuk ve ebeveyn ile Okul Çağı (6-18 Yaş) Çocukları İçin Duygulanım Bozuklukları ve Şizofreni Görüşme Çizelgesi-Şimdi ve Yaşam Boyu Versiyonu Türkçe (ÇGDŞ-ŞY-T), Beck depresyon, Beck anksiyete, DSM-IV'e dayalı DEHB tanı ve değerlendirme ölçeği, Çocukluk Çağı Kaygı Bozuklukları Ölçeği (ÇATÖ), Çocuklar için Depresyon Ölçeği (ÇDÖ) uygulanmıştır. Bulgular: Çalışmamızda ebeveyninde AB ve MDB olan çocuklarda daha fazla ruhsal bozukluk saptandı. En sık görülen psikopatoloji DEHB iken bunu YAB, MDB, sosyal fobinin takip ettiği görüldü. Tüm örneklemde DSM-5'e göre sadece bir olgu (%2.9) YDDB tanısını karşıladı. Hem MDB hem AB grubunda karşıt olma karşı gelme puanları (p=0.019), AB grubunda ise davranım bozukluğu puanları (p=0.043) kontrollerden anlamlı düzeyde yüksekti. Sonuç: Ebeveynlerinde ruhsal bozukluk olan çocuklar psikopatoloji gelişimi açısından risk altındadır ve ebeveynlere yönelik uygun tarama programlarının geliştirilmesi önem arz etmektedir. Çocuk psikiyatri kliniklerine en sık başvuru şikâyetleri sinirlilik, öfke patlamaları gibi YDDB semptomları iken çalışma sonuçları tanısal anlamda YDDB'nin düşük olduğunu göstermiştir. Bu durum ileri çalışmalarda daha çok YDDB'nin semptomlar düzeyinde irdelenmesinin faydalı olabileceğini düşündürmektedir.
