Abstract:Background
Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM) is the most common heritable cardiac disease. In small studies, sociodemographic factors have been associated with disparities in septal reduction therapy, but little is known about the association of sociodemographic factors with HCM treatments and outcomes more broadly.
