As a kind of large-scale crushing equipment widely used in industry, the intelligent operation of vertical mill has become a research hotspot of scholars at home and abroad. Because the daily maintenance cannot find the faults of the vertical mill equipment in time, it is very necessary to improve the monitoring and fault diagnosis capabilities of the vertical mill to ensure the normal operation of the equipment and reduce the economic losses caused by the equipment faults of the enterprise. This paper will introduce the research methods and research status of intelligent fault diagnosis technology for vertical mill, and put forward the prospects for the future development.
