Abstract:Dr. Boyd has taught graduate and undergraduate courses in research methods, psychometrics, organizational psychology, management, and gender. Her research focuses on gender issues in organizations and the challenges people face when attempting to balance multiple life roles and goals. Her recent work has explored the effectiveness of employee resource groups for women and how work-family conflict may impact the leaky-pipeline phenomenon.
