Abstract:Bisphenol-A polycarbonate films were irradiated with 86 MeV swift heavy nickel ions at varying fluences, ranging from 110 11 to 110 13 ions cm 2 , under vacuum at room temperature, to analyze the induced electrical and thermal modifications.
