Individually-Psychological Aspects of the Conciliation-Mediation Procedure to Resolve Labour Disputes

Abstract: The article investigates the use of conciliation procedures for resolving labour disputes through the negotiation process. The article also reveals the advantages of the negotiation process in conciliation procedures.
