Individualized patient care in nodular lymphocyte-predominant Hodgkin lymphoma

Abstract: Nodular lymphocyte-predominant Hodgkin lymphoma (NLPHL) is a rare lymphoma that has traditionally been considered a subgroup of Hodgkin lymphoma. However, morphology, surface marker expression, genetics, and clinical course are different from classic Hodgkin lymphoma. While most patients experience indolent disease with slow progression, some patients can also have more aggressive disease.
