“…It is obvious that the lack of creative employees is a serious issue in the labour market, when instead of creative, resourceful, open to innovations employees with original thinking, who are able to make innovative decisions and achieve publicly significant and qualitatively new results, stereotypically and traditionally thinking individuals are faced, who, according to Rogers (2005) are distinguished by regulated thinking and even standard-based group activity.
