Individual differences in behavioral flexibility predict future volitional ethanol consumption in mice

Abstract: Cognitive control is key to regulating alcohol intake and preventing relapse. Behavioral inflexibility can prevent adaptive strategies such as mindfulness or other relapse-prevention behaviors.
