Abstract: 1. The proposed undirect bulboscopy by means of the standard type of gastroduodenal fiberscope (ACMI) rests on the observation of the bulbal cavity through the opening of the pyloric canal.The instrument lies in the distal part of the antrum.The method is, compared with the direct duodenoscopy (Hirschowitz) a simple procedure.Pathological changes in the bulb can easily be seen especially in a case of duodenal ulcer.The author by this method diagnosed 111 duodenal ulcers.
