Indirect Spectrophotometric Determination of

Abstract: Simple, reliable and sensitive indirect spectrophotometric method was developed for the determination of cephalexin in pharmaceutical products without pretreatment. The method was based on the fading effect of the cephalexin on developed color product resulted from the bromination reaction of NBS with p-anisidine in acidic medium, subsequently vanished colored species was measured at 522 nm.
