Indian electricity grids: A decade of reformation and roadmap ahead

Abstract: The first decade of the twenty first century saw the Indian electricity sector witnessing fast paced structural changes. Regulatory intervention and policy thrusts have been the significant drivers of this change. The utilities have also adapted to these changes.
