Abstract:INDETERMINATE DOMAIN (IDD) genes encode plant-specific transcription factors containing a conserved IDD domain with four zinc finger motifs. Previous studies on Arabidopsis IDDs (AtIDDs) have demonstrated that these genes play roles in diverse physiological and developmental processes, including plant architecture, seed and root development, flowering, stress responses, and hormone signaling.
