Independensi Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi Pasca Undang-Undang Nomor 19 Tahun 2019

Abstract: KPK sejak pembentukannya merupakan lembaga negara independen. Pemberian independensi kepada KPK memiliki tujuan agar tidak dipengaruhi oleh kekuasaan manapun. Revisi kedua UU KPK melalui UU Nomor 19 tahun 2019 memuat perubahan mendasar terhadap kelembagan KPK. Antara lain pembentukan Dewan Pengawas, penempatan KPK pada rumpun kekuasaan eksekutif, status kepegawaian, dan status penyelidik dan penyidik.
