“…The children were then instructed to squeeze the JAMAR Plus hand dynamometer (JLW Instruments, Chicago, IL, USA) with as much force as possible; (4) sit-up (assess abdominal strength and endurance), where children were asked to lie in a supine position with knees bent at 90 o , with feet flat on the floor and legs slightly apart.
