Abstract: INTRODUCTION: The Robert Wood Johnson Foundation Center for Health Policy (RWJF-CHP) at Meharry Medical College (MMC) partnered with a local high school to create a pipeline program that trains minority students enrolled in the Community Health Academy (CHA).
